Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By using our website or purchasing any product or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Our Services are educational and coaching-based and are not medical or mental health treatment.


4. No Medical Advice

Controlled Chaos Coaching LLC does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, detoxification services, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.

Nothing on this website or within our Services should be interpreted as medical advice.

If you are experiencing alcohol withdrawal, suicidal thoughts, a mental health crisis, or a medical emergency, seek immediate care from a qualified healthcare provider or call your local emergency services.


5. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, health, and outcomes.

While we strive to provide valuable education, coaching, and support, your success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your own effort, participation, and personal circumstances.


6. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount due.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep your payment information current.


7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or in a separate written agreement, all purchases are final.

Because coaching services, digital products, downloadable resources, memberships, and educational materials are delivered immediately or involve reserved coaching time, refunds are generally not available.

If a specific product or program includes a different refund policy, that policy will govern that purchase.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our Services—including but not limited to text, videos, coaching materials, worksheets, PDFs, graphics, logos, branding, trademarks, course content, downloads, presentations, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Controlled Chaos Coaching LLC unless otherwise noted.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Controlled Chaos Coaching™

  • The Sobriety System™

  • Chaos Queen Survival Kit™

  • Faith-Fueled Steps™

  • Get Sober or Die Trying™

  • Any related logos, branding, methods, graphics, and proprietary coaching materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, share, publish, record, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

Purchasing access to our Services grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal use only.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.

  • Share confidential information belonging to other participants.

  • Upload harmful software or malicious code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Copy or distribute our copyrighted materials.

  • Use our Services for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.


10. Community Guidelines

Participation in our online communities, including Telegram groups, Facebook groups, live coaching sessions, webinars, and community discussions, requires respectful and appropriate behavior.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of our community.

Termination of community access does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.


11. Testimonials

From time to time, we may display testimonials, reviews, or success stories shared voluntarily by our clients.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not intended to guarantee that every participant will achieve similar results.


12. Third-Party Services
