Welcome to Controlled Chaos Coaching™ LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our websites, landing pages, programs, and services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, PDFs, workbooks, and branding provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Controlled Chaos Coaching™ LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not share your login credentials or grant access to our paid programs to anyone else.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
Refund policies are clearly stated on each program sales page. If no refund policy is listed, all sales are final.
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
4. Disclaimer
Our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not medical doctors, licensed therapists, or mental health professionals. Our programs are not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, or rehabilitation services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Controlled Chaos Coaching™ LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our Services.
6. Third-Party Links
We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

⚖️ Legal Disclaimers
- Medical: This is not a detox program. If you are within your first 14 days sober, you need to be medically cleared to join any programs.
- Confidentiality: All testimonials and photos are shared with permission. Clients sign an agreement with confidentiality terms and content-sharing clauses.
- Results: I don’t promise outcomes. I offer strategy, support, and a system that works when you do.
- Refunds: No refunds. Period. This work is sacred. Show up for it.
